WHAT DOES YELP FOR NAIL BY 89117 MEAN?

I savored the practical experience, I was taken care of effectively & my arms with treatment. However when it arrived to nail artwork (I booked very simple for 2 nails), I used to be advised with the nail tech that she doesn’t do nail art.
